By accessing or using IELTS Prep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
IELTS Prep provides an online platform for IELTS examination preparation, including practice tests, AI-generated feedback, vocabulary tools, and study planning features. The Service is available in Free and Premium subscription tiers. Content is for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee any specific IELTS band score.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share, resell, or redistribute premium content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) harass other users. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, band score estimates, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for guidance only and may not perfectly reflect official IELTS examiner judgement. Band score estimates are approximations based on your practice performance and should not be taken as a guarantee of your actual exam result.
All content on the Service — including tests, passages, questions, design elements, and software — is the property of IELTS Prep and is protected by copyright law. You may use content solely for personal, non-commercial study purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English (the official IELTS test administrators).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failure to achieve a desired band score.
